ABOUT US
CFA was founded in 1990 by Domingos Cravo, João Fortes and Avelino Antão. Today, this auditing firm, registered with the Portuguese Auditing Institute (OROC) and the Portuguese Securities Exchange Market Commission (CMVM), has six partners who are Statutory Auditors (ROC) and perform their duties exclusively in this area.
All activities are carried out in accordance with national and international auditing standards and the partners are responsible for the organisation of the firm, as well as the management and technical supervision of the work carried out.
CFA boasts a team composed of experts with academic qualifications in the areas of auditing, accounting, taxation, economics and management, with a total of 6 Statutory Auditors, 27 Auditors and 7 Consultants, with skills adjusted to strategic needs.
With 30 years of experience, the firm has provided services in various fields of activity, related to the duties and responsibilities of Statutory Auditors, including financial consultancy functions in
specialised areas, business restructuring, tax consultancy and training services.
